Welcome to FYYTE, a virtual reality boxing game developed by VR BOXING. By accessing or using FYYTE through the Meta Quest platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use FYYTE. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Health and Safety Warning
Using virtual reality may cause discomfort such as motion sickness, disorientation, or eye strain. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are in good physical condition and in a safe environment when using the app.
By using FYYTE, you acknowledge that:
• You are aware of the risks associated with VR gaming.
• You will follow all safety guidelines from Meta and your headset manufacturer.
• You release VR BOXING from liability related to physical injuries or discomfort resulting from your use of the game.
3. License and Use
VR BOXING grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FYYTE for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Use the game for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Interfere with the app’s functionality, servers, or users.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use FYYTE in a respectful and lawful manner. You will not:
• Harass or threaten other users (in case of multiplayer or social features)
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits
• Upload or share offensive or illegal content
• Violate any laws or platform rules
VR BOXING reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts for violating these rules.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content in the FYYTE game—including software, graphics, sounds, characters (e.g. Jérôme Lebanner), logos, and branding—is the property of VR BOXING or its partners, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our brand or content without written permission.
6. Updates and Changes
We may update FYYTE regularly, including gameplay, features, or performance. These updates may be required for continued use.
We may also modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Account and Data
If the app links to your Meta account or collects data (see our Privacy Policy), you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

8. Termination
You may stop using FYYTE at any time. VR BOXING may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You breach these Terms
• We receive complaints about your behavior
• The app is discontinued
9. Limitation of Liability
FYYTE is provided « as is » and « as available ». VR BOXING does not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VR BOXING is not liable for:
• Injuries resulting from physical activity while using the game
• Data loss or inaccessibility
• Damage to your device or headset
